Update: Ariana is officially dropping her new single “Positions,” this Friday.
She shared the album art yesterday…the black-and-white image shows off the singer’s body in a long-sleeved crop top and matching skirt.
The image has the word “Positions” written repeatedly on the left side.
She wrote, “positions single tomorrow night—10.23 presave now.
An ominous instrumental track appears on YouTube with the name “Positions” on it, and what appears to be Grande speaking in the background.
We told you earlier this week that the album is set to be released a week later on October 30th.
#Quibi
The entertainment start-up is shutting down after just six months.
Quibi created short-form, mobile-based streaming content after being plagued with problems since its April launch.
The viewership was lower-than-expected and they were sued by a “well-known capitalized foe,” according to the Wall Street Journal.
They say that COVID forced the would-be subscribers away from the kinds of on-the-go situations Quibi executives envisioned for their users.
$1.75 billion was invested in the venture.
#CharlieBrown
Looks like Charlie Brown is taking the holidays off…at least on network TV.
The Peanuts gang and their annual holiday specials are leaving broadcast television for their new home on Apple TV+.
Classics like “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving,” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas” will stream exclusively on the platform rather than on ABC and other networks.
But not to worry! The Halloween special is already available but will be streamed for free on Apple TV+ from October 30th until November 1st.
Same goes for the Thanksgiving and Christmas specials…they will have a limited window for free viewing ahead of the holiday.
#RealHousewives
Bravo is launching a line of Real Housewives wine.
They’ve teamed up with Nocking Point Wines to launch the line in conjunction with the newest franchise, “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
“The Real Housewives Wines” includes a white, red and rosé option.
You can buy them online at RealHousewivesWine.com and they’re just over $40 for two bottles.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” premieres on November 11th.
