She made her hosting debut on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.
She began the show talking about her drastic weight loss, saying that she doesn’t look the way people may have remembered her the last time the saw her.
She said, “And I know I look really, really different since you last saw me, but actually, because of all the COVID restrictions and the travel bans, I had to travel light and only bring half of me - and this is the half that I chose.”
And for anyone worried that she wouldn’t sing since H.E.R. was the musical guest, no need.
She showed off her pipes in a Bachelor skit where she played herself as one of the contestants.
#MileyCyrus
The singer official confirmed that she has a new album on the way.
Her seventh studio album, Plastic Hearts, will drop on November 27th.
In a heartfelt Instagram post she wrote, “I began this album over 2 years ago. Thought I had it all figured out. Not just the record with its songs and sounds but my whole ----ing life. But no one checks an ego like itself. Just when I thought the body of work was finished…it was ALL erased. Including most of the music’s relevance. Because EVERYTHING had changed.”
She wrote how the fires that destroyed her home ended up burning journals and computers with songs that she had prepared but luckily her collaborators still had most of the music.
The album is already available to pre-order and will have 12 original tracks including her single “Midnight Sky.”
It will also feature her live covers of “Heart of Glass” by Blondie and “Zombie” by The Cranberries.

If you’re looking to impress someone, make them laugh. Nearly 70% of people surveyed said funny costumes are the most attractive.
They say that Halloween is an important holiday for singles looking to meet new people in a more casual setting and that this year is no different other than the virtual and socially-distanced celebration formats.
