    • In a hearing in regard to her conservatorship case yesterday, her own lawyer said she lacks the mental capacity to sign a sworn declaration in her conservatorship and compared her inability to sign a document to a comatose patient.
    • The judge had asked her lawyer, Sam Ingham, if Britney would sign a declaration so there’d be a first-hand account of her feelings and that’s when he said she was not capable of signing a legal document.
    • He wasn’t saying she herself was comatose but it was an example to show that she needed her lawyer to speak for her.
    • He also said that Britney does not want to perform again, while her father is intent on Britney resuming her career.

    • The singer is expecting their first child with her husband Daryl Sabara.
    • She made the announcement on the Today show and on Instagram with a post of her sonogram with the caption, “You all know how long I’ve wanted this! Daryl and I are so beyond happy and excited to meet this little cutie early next year! WE’RE PREGNANTTTT!!!”
    • The couple have been married since December of 2018 and she has said in multiple interviews how she wants lots of kids.
