The NFL has fined the Las Vegas Raiders $500,000 for what the league has deemed “repeat offenses” against COVID-19 protocols this season.
Head coach Jon Gruden was also fined $150,000.
It doesn’t end there…the NFL stripped a 2021 sixth-round draft pick from the team following the league’s determination that offensive tackle Trent Brown and other team members violated various aspects of COVID-19 guidelines.
These are the strongest sanctions the NFL has delivered to a team, bringing the total to $800.000 docked from the Raiders this season.

Sources say the positive test was not a member of the primary cast but someone who was in close enough proximity to them.
