The singer is speaking out about her 18 year relationship with ex-motocross racer Carey Hart.
She did an IG Live with her therapist of 20 years, whom she has seen both alone and with Hart.
She said that she doubts her marriage would have lasted this long without counseling and that she isn’t ashamed that it saved her relationship.
She added, “I can’t say it’s a man and woman thing, I think it’s a partner thing, a spouse thing—that you speak two different languages and you need someone to hear both of and then translate it for you.”
The singer and her son contracted and recovered from COVID-19 and she said the sickness was “the scariest thing I’ve ever, ever been through in my whole life.”
#PostMalone
The singer has debuted a new massive skull tattoo on his head.
He shared a picture of his new ink yesterday where you can see that he shaved his mullet to get the new ink.
He wrote, “I have cut my hair even shorter, also skeletons are cool. Spread your heart as much as you can. A little love goes farther than you think. Stay strong, and keep kicking ass. Love, Austin.”
#MaleKaren
The internet is struggling with what to call male “Karens.”
The term is slang for an entitled, obnoxious, middle-aged white woman.
A Twitter user set off a firestorm when he tweeted out, “I think the male version of a ‘Karen’ should be a ‘Jeremy.’ Anyone object—besides Jeremy?”
People didn’t love it, with one commenter saying, “Jeremy is too chill to be a Karen…I would say that Bret seems to embody privilege and rage.”
Other names that have been brought up include Jason, Scott, Tucker, Todd and Brandon.
#Flavortown
There’s a new petition that is calling for Columbus, Ohio to be renamed “Flavortown.”
The reasoning behind the name change is twofold. First, it honors Central Ohio’s proud heritage as a culinary crossroads and one of the nation’s largest test markets for the food industry.
Secondly, celebrity chef Guy Fieri was born there and they feel naming the city to honor him would be superior to its current namesake, Christopher Columbus.
Earlier last week, the mayor of Columbus ordered the Christopher Columbus statue in front of City Hall to be removed and placed in storage.
The petition is close to its 25,000 signature goal.
