    • Study: Americans are drinking more during the pandemic, but not as much as you’d think.
    • Overall, adults reported drinking 14% more than they did the year before.
    • For adults over 30, the increase was greater at 19% and women overall reported drinking 17% more.
    • While no amount of heavy drinking is healthy, the overall increase is cause for concern.
    • But for the moment, it appears that both men and women are attempting to control it.
