The study showed that dad bodies are associated with positive behaviors like, “Babies melt this person’s heart,” and “This person tried to teach their child new things.”
Gym bodies were assigned traits like “This person thinks kids are annoying,” and “This person grabs or handles their child roughly.”
Researchers think it is less about being harsh on men who want to be fit but instead have the stigma of being a “creepy gym guy.”
They did point out that the study didn’t not include very unfit, overweight men and that the dad bod is about being fit enough, just not narcissistically “it’s all about me”

Major sleep experts are officially calling for an end to Daylight Saving Time.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has proposed the country should abolish seasonal time changes in favor of a “fixed, national, year-round standard time.”
They say that evidence indicates that the transition to standard time to daylight saving time “incurs significant public health and safety risks, including increased risk of adverse cardiovascular events, mood disorders, and motor vehicle crashes.”
Since the 19th century, experts have claimed that DST benefits society by extending daylight and sun hours and saving energy costs but for the last few decades, many have called those benefits into question.
The practice went nationally in 1966.

The PepsiCo brand is reportedly releasing a very merry flavor.
Photos have been circulating on Reddit that they will release Mountain Dew Snap’d, which will be a gingerbread-flavored soda.
Based on the information, the light brown drink will taste like a combination of ginger, cloves and cinnamon.
Sadly, the materials say it’s expected to launch in December of 2021 so you’ll have to wait another year for this one.
