o Yesterday she made the tearful announcement that she has to reschedule her Las Vegas residency, “Weekends with Adele.”
o In a video she posted to social media, she said, “I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready. We’ve tried absolutely everything that we can to pull it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID. Half my crew, half my team are down with COVID. They still are. And it’s been impossible to finish the show. And I can’t give you what I have right now.”
o The residency was set to begin tonight in a 24-show run at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
o It’s unclear when the scheduled dates are.

o Christmas has come early for fans of the 1983 movie A Christmas Story!
o It was announced that there will be a sequel to the movie, starring the child star of the original, Peter Billingsley.
o It will be called A Christmas Story Christmas and it will air on HBO Max.
o Billingsley will produce the movie along with Vince Vaughn.
o The original showed 9-year-old Ralphie and his quest to get a Red Ryder BB rifle in 1940.
o The sequel will feature him as an adult in the 1970s, returning to his home to deliver his kids a magical Christmas like the one he had growing up.

o This week Taco Bell announced the launch of the Taco Bell Business School.
o It’s a partnership with the University of Louisville, offering accredited classes on the business of franchising.
o The program is an extension of an existing partnership between the University’s College of Business and Taco Bell’s parent company, Yum!
o Taco Bell’s program starts next month and it’s a six-week bootcamp which will have what they classes that include expertise from brand executives and franchisees.
o Students will also get Taco Bell swag and those accepted into the program will receive scholarships to cover the cost of the classes.
o To get in, you have to already work for Taco Bell but they say in the future, they hole to grow the program and build a talent pipeline for strong field leadership.
