o Blake Lively's legal team issued a statement rejecting claims that her legal moves against her “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni comes from “creative differences.”
o They say, actually, it involves “serious claims of sexual harassment and retaliation.”
o The statement alleges Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios engaged in unlawful actions and “retaliatory astroturfing” against Lively for raising concerns.
o Baldoni’s lawyer denied the allegations, calling them “100% false” and said Baldoni plans to sue Lively and promised to make evidence public.
o He went on to accuse Lively of orchestrating a “vicious attack” through the media, claiming, “We have all the receipts” to counter her allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation.
o Baldoni's lawyers also say that Blake engaged in a "pattern of bullying and threats to take over the movie," and they have the evidence to prove it.
o They added, quote, "None of this will come as a surprise because, consistent with her past behavior, Blake Lively used other people to communicate those threats and bully her way to get whatever she wanted."
