o The Super Bowl champs are opening a steakhouse at the Loews Hotel in Kansas City.
o The restaurant will be called 1587 Prime, which is a combination of their jersey numbers.
o It'll span two floors and have "hyper-subtle nods" to their accomplishments on the field, according to the hospitality group Noble 33, which is based in Las Vegas.
o The restaurant will open early next year and will have one of the largest wine collections in the state.
