o She is gearing up to release her first holiday album, Cher Christmas, and she started teasing the project!
o She’s posted "Are you spending Christmas with me?" on social media alongside some of the record's festive cover art.
o A release date for Cher Christmas has not yet been announced, the album is available for preorder now -- and Cher is "really, really excited" about it.
o She says, “It's not your mother's Christmas album," and that the collaborations with other artists were a "last-minute thing."
o She didn’t reveal who those artists are but she did say." "I mean, I'm in awe of all of them," Cher added.

o Researchers from Goldsmiths, University of London say they have determined the most iconic songs of all time.
o Scientists there studied songs from seven various “best songs of all time” lists by using analytical software to compare their key, BPM, chord variety, lyrical content, timbral variety, and sonic variance against one another.
o They found that the most significant thing these songs have in common is that most of them use sound in a very varied, dynamic way when compared to other records which makes their sound unique and holds the listeners attention.
o The head of the study says while there is not a specific formula, “Other than to make your song sound as different, diverse, and exciting as possible.”
o According to the study, the top 5 most iconic songs of all time are:

§ 4. “Billie Jean” by Michael Jackson
§ 3. “One” by U2
