o Congratulations to the US Olympic snowboarder!
o The 21-year-old won the gold medal in the halfpipe event at the 2022 Beijing Olympics yesterday!
o On her first run, she earned a score of 94 points which secured her the win, topping Spain’s Queralt Castellet with the silver and Japan’s Sena Tomita with the bronze.
o She has made Olympic history by becoming the first woman to win back-to-back gold medals in the halfpipe event.
o And Nathan Chen followed up his world record short program with an incredible free skate to win the figure skating men’s singles competition.
o It was a wonderful follow-up to his disappointing showing at the 2018 Winter Olympics when he placed fifth.
o His gold is the first by an American man in the singles competition since 2010.

o His cause of death was announced and the beloved actor and comedian died from a brain bleed after hitting his head, according to TMZ.
o Saget was found dead by hotel security at around 4 p.m. in a Ritz Carlton Hotel in Orlando, FL on Jan. 9.
o He had performed at a comedy club in Jacksonville before driving to the hotel in Orlando, where he arrived just before 2 a.m.
o Authorities aren't sure what Saget hit his head on but said there was a bruise on the back of his head.
o They believe that he did not know the severity of the injury at the time and then went to bed.
o Authorities had originally thought that Saget died from a heart attack or stroke, but the autopsy revealed otherwise.
o TMZ reports that the toxicology report came back clean, as there were no narcotics or alcohol in his system.

o It’s not even Valentine’s Day yet but the chain is planning ahead.
o The Shamrock Shake and Oreo Shamrock McFlurry will return to McDonald’s restaurants nationwide on February 21st for a limited time.
o The shake has been a staple of the chain’s spring offerings for over 50 years.
o It was first introduced nationally in 1970 by Connecticut McDonald's Owner and Operator Hal Rosen.
o He initially created the mint shake in celebration of St.
Patrick's Day, but sales from the drink actually ended up helping to build the very first Ronald McDonald House as a way to keep families close during difficult times, specifically after the 3-year-old daughter of a Philadelphia Eagles player was being treated for Leukemia in 1974.
