· Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard took the stand in Diddy's federal trial and did not hold back.
· Richard testified for the prosecution, backing Cassie’s earlier claims and revealing that Diddy once said if he didn’t get his way, “people could go missing.”
· When asked what she thought that meant, Richard responded: “That people could die.”
· She recounted witnessing Diddy violently assault Cassie — dragging her, kicking her, and punching her in the mouth.
· When asked what triggered the violence, Richard answered, “When she would speak up for herself.”
· She recalled a 2009 incident where Cassie had a visibly swollen eye from a punch.
· At a public event shortly after, both women wore sunglasses — Cassie to hide the injury, and Dawn “in solidarity.”
· Richard also said there was a level of fear among employees, sharing, “If he did that to someone he supposedly loved, what would he do to an employee?”
· She testified that Diddy traveled with a Louis Vuitton toiletry bag full of drugs — including weed, Molly, cocaine, ketamine, and Plan B.
· As for weapons, she said Diddy carried handguns on his lower back, and his security also had firearms.
· Diddy’s attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, is now cross-examining Richard and challenging her credibility — pointing out inconsistencies and the fact that she didn’t mention the alleged death threats in earlier meetings with prosecutors.
