o He dropped a surprised album called Honestly, Nevermind.
o It’s his 7th studio album and follow-up to his 2021 Certified Lover Boy.
o There’s 14 tracks and it’s dedicated to the late Virgil Abloh.
o It features a mix of dance and house music
o His last album stirred up some controversy when it was snubbed from the major categories at this year’s Grammy Awards, only earning nods for best rap album and best rap performance. His team later requested to remove his nominations from the Grammy's final-round ballot altogether.

o Study: A daily glass of beer could make your gut healthier!
o Researchers at NOVA University in Lisbon report that beer boosts healthy bacteria fend off diseases and infections.
o The benefits come from polyphenols, which are plant compounds found in hops, barley and yeast.
o For those that don’t drink, there’s still good news: even non-alcoholic beer appears to have the same benefits.
o In the study, men drank either one alcoholic or non-alcoholic lager daily with dinner and at the end of the study, they found notiable improvements in their intestinal health.
o And there was o change in their weight, BMI and blood markers for heart health!
