Dua Lipa has been making her way through Australia this past week, treating fans to covers of songs by Australian artists, including AC/DC, Natalie Imbruglia, and Kylie Minogue.
This past weekend, she went for something a little more modern, bringing out Australian pop star Troye Sivan for a surprise duet of his hit song Rush.
Before the performance, Dua hyped up both the song and her friend, telling the crowd, “I thought it would be a big mistake if I didn’t play one of my favorite, favorite artists who’s also a friend of mine.”
That wasn’t the only surprise of the night!
Dua also handed a fan a USB stick containing a remix of her song Physical featuring Troye.
Not only did she encourage them to leak it, but she made them promise they would.
The fan followed through, getting the track to a Dua Lipa fan page on X, where it quickly spread.
Dua later re-shared the post, commenting, “You got the job done.”
