· Justin Baldoni's $400-million lawsuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds has been dismissed, along with his separate suit against "The New York Times."
· U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman tossed the case but gave Baldoni until June 23rd to revise and refile some of his claims.
· Lively's legal team called the dismissal "a total victory and a complete vindication," saying "the Court saw right through" Baldoni's lawsuit.
· The drama started last December, after Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment-allegations he denies.
· Baldoni's suit had named not just Lively and Reynolds, but also their publicist Leslie Sloane and "The New York Times."
· The two sides also sparred over Lively's emotional distress claims, but the judge has ruled that issue resolved.
