·      Kylie Jenner isn’t here to gatekeep her cosmetic procedures—she’s serving up full transparency for anyone curious about her look.

·      Just days after mom Kris Jenner credited her own plastic surgeon for her new “snatched” face, Kylie hopped on the trend by revealing everything about her breast augmentation.

·      It all started when creator Rachel Leary posted a TikTok, boldly asking Kylie for her exact boob job specs.

·      Leary called Kylie’s results “the most perfect, natural looking boob job ever” and wanted to know how to recreate it, down to the details.

·      In a true girl’s girl moment, Kylie actually replied in the comments with the play-by-play: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”

·      For those keeping track, Dr. Garth Fisher isn’t just Kylie’s surgeon—he’s also worked on Kourtney Kardashian’s breast augmentation and gave Kris Jenner her most recent facelift. So, if there’s a Kardashian-Jenner discount punch card, he’s probably got it filled.

·      Kylie first opened up about her surgery on The Kardashians in 2023, revealing she got her breasts done at just 19—right before having her daughter Stormi.

·      Looking back, she admitted she regrets doing it so young, especially before having kids, saying, “I had beautiful breasts... I just wish I never got them done to begin with.”

·      Jenner added that she’d “be heartbroken” if her own daughter wanted surgery at 19, and she recommends waiting until after having children before considering it.

·      So, if you want the Kylie blueprint, it’s officially public. And as it turns out, all you had to do was ask… respectfully, of course.
