·      Brazilian police say they foiled a terrifying bomb plot at Lady Gaga’s free concert in Rio de Janeiro.

·      Over 2.5 million fans packed Copacabana Beach, breaking the record for the largest crowd ever at a female artist’s concert.

·      According to police, the attack was allegedly planned by a hate group targeting the LGBTQ community.

·      Their goal? Recruit teenagers online and use them to carry out an attack with Molotov cocktails and improvised explosives.

·      Two suspects have been arrested: the group’s alleged leader was caught with illegal weapons, and a teenager was arrested on unrelated child pornography charges.

·      Investigators say the group pretended to be Gaga fans—calling themselves “Little Monsters”—to lure in vulnerable teens and spread extremist content.

·      Police described the plan as a “collective challenge” aimed at going viral.

·      Gaga’s team says they were unaware of any threats and worked closely with law enforcement to ensure safety. “All parties were confident in the safety measures in place,” her rep told Variety.

·      The arrests were carried out quietly on Saturday to avoid mass panic.
