o The final episode aired last week and we’re now hearing why.
o Sources say that the show cost $60 million to $65 million a year to produce.
o Unfortunately, it made less than $45 million.
o The show was hosted by James Corden since 2015 and Corden’s salary when he started was between $4 million to $5 million.
o Over the years, the salary increased and it was determined that having him on board was too costly.
o Rather than find a new host, the network is ending the 28-year-old show entirely.
