o In her "Used to Be Young” TikTok interview series Miley Cyrus opened up about why she finds touring difficult and "unhealthy."
o She says, “What people don’t really understand about touring is the show is only 90 minutes, but that’s your life."
o She explained that intense performances require "an equal amount of recovery and rest," adding that touring can fuel her ego in a way that's hard to switch off.
o Cyrus emphasized that touring can also negatively affect her connections with people, which are essential for her work as a songwriter.
o Miley has previously shared that she doesn’t want to tour any more, at least for now. She even took to social media to say that not touring is best for her fans as well as herself.
o She says, "I feel connected to my fans NOW more than ever. When I win, WE win. Even if I don't see them face to face every night at a concert, my fans are felt deeply in my heart.”

o We finally have an official release date for her fourth studio album.
o This week she finally revealed that her new album Scarlet will come out on September 22nd.
o She’s already released two singles off the album, “Attention” and “Paint the Town Red.”
o She’ll release the third single off the album tomorrow, September 1st.
o Doja Cat will bring The Scarlet Tour to the T-Mobile Arena on November 3rd.

o Hot Pockets are about to get hotter!
o The brand announced that they’re teaming with the creator of the popular show Hot Ones to bring you some spicy pockets!
o The four new flavors will use some of the sauces featured on the show, playing with a range of heat levels.
o They include spicy garlic chicken, the classic garlic fresno hot sauce, and both red and green variations of the Hot Ones Los Calientes hot sauce.
o The final flavor is said to be one of the “hottest pockets ever,” using the infamous Last Dab sauce on the fiery hot pepperoni Hot Pocket.
o Three of the new flavors will be available everywhere the original freezer snack is sold starting this September for $3.29.
o The fiery hot pepperoni Hot Pockets will be available exclusively on Gopuff for $5.49.
