o   The latest renderings released show what a potential stadium to be built at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue on the Las Vegas Strip would look like when the A’s come to town.
o   The ballpark will seat 33,000 people and provide “an outdoor feel with views of the city’s skyline.”
o   The roof will have five overlapping layers, whose design is inspired by traditional baseball pennants, open to the north to allow for natural light and views up the Strip.
o   It’s also designed to limit direct sunlight and heat from the south.
o   It’s also set to include the largest screen in Major League Baseball, an 18,000-square-foot jumbotron.
o   The project is estimated to cost $1.5 billion.
o   The Tropicana hotel is planned to close on April 2 to prepare to be demolished.
o   That should take up to a year and the A’s plan to begin construction on the ballpark in April 2025.

The comedian will finally open up about his mysterious medical emergency last April.

But he's going to do it in a stand-up comedy special.

While accepting an award this week from the African American Film Critics Association, Jamie said, quote, "I'm so thankful and I get emotional because it's beyond the scope…I had some people in my life that really made sure I was here because it was dire straits.”

He also said, “Everybody wants to know what happened and I'm gonna tell you what happened but I got to do it in my way, a funny way."

There's no word when he'll be hitting the stage

TikTok has officially inspired a new drink craze…Dirty Soda.

It’s been trending for years…it’s combining soda with a splash of creamer, sometimes with fruit, fruit juice or flavored syrup.

And now Coffee mate has made it easier to be a part of the trend. They’ve partnered with Dr. Pepper to make the perfect Dirty Dr. Pepper.

Coffee Mate is coming out with a "coconut lime"-flavored creamer, specifically made for crafting a Dirty Dr. Pepper.

The creamer will be available nationwide while supplies last for around $3.29.
