o Study: One side effect of wearing masks for a prolonged period of time could include neck stiffness, as well as upper back pain and more.
o According to the American Chiropractic Association, the pain is a result of masks limiting “the lower field of vision,” causing folks to tuck in their chin and hold their necks and posture stiffly.
o It’s mostly due to ill-flitting masks, so experts recommend making sure you get one that fits correctly.
