· He dialed Selena Gomez, but instead of her, the person who answered was her new husband, Benny Blanco.
· Sombr held the phone up to the mic and asked, “Hello? Selena?” A deep voice replied, “Who’s this?”
· That’s when he realized it was Benny.
· He tried to laugh it off, saying, “I’m trying to call your wife,” before hanging up.
· For the record, Sombr and Selena have never dated. The “ex” reference was part of his show routine.
· Selena and Benny married on September 27 in Santa Barbara in a glamorous Old Hollywood-themed ceremony attended by Taylor Swift, Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Paul Rudd.
· After the wedding, they took a road trip up the California coast and through Texas to celebrate.
