#TigerKing2

o    Yesterday Netflix announced five new documentaries will be launching and Tiger King 2 is one of them!

o    It’s from the same directors behind the first season.

o    They didn’t provide too many details on the new season but they did tease “more madness and mayhem.”

o    The new season will debut later this year.

o    Joe Exotic is mostly likely going to be a part of it in some capacity. It was just announced in March that he and his husband Dillon Passage had split up.

o    One person that will probably not be a part is Carole Baskin…back in May she said in an interview that she would not participate in future episodes of the show.

#KellyClarkson

o    The It’s never too early to celebrate the holiday season as Kelly Clarkson made sure Christmas came early this year.

o    She is celebrating the announcement of her ninth studio album When Christmas Comes Around… with the release of her brand new single “Christmas Isn’t Canceled (Just You).”

o   She says, “My purpose for choosing this lyric for being the title of this project was to bring forth a sense of reality to the fact that we are probably all in very different places emotionally ‘when Christmas comes around. Some of us consumed with a new love, some of us reminded of loss, some filled with optimism for the coming new year, others elated for some much deserved time away from the chaos our work lives can sometimes bring us.”

o   Christmas Comes Around… is a 15-track collection of original works and holiday classics. She’ll bring in some serious star power on the record as Ariana Grande, Chris Stapleton, and Brett Eldredge are set for collaborations.

o    The album will be released on October 15.

#Exercise

o    Study: Physical activity burns 28% fewer calories than you think.

o    Our bodies actually “compensate” for the calories we burn during workouts by expending few calories for the rest of the day.

o    That adds up to a lower net calorie burn!

o    Only 72 percent of the calories we burn from exercise actually translate into additional calories burned that day.

o    Instead, your body "compensates" for about 28 percent of the calories you burn during a workout by burning fewer calories during the rest of the day, when you're at rest.

o    Researchers don’t know exactly what your body does to "save" those calories, but they speculate that dial down other calorie-burning processes like your immune system.

#Starbucks

o    Locations in Seattle are testing out a new vegan whipped cream topping!

o    It’s made from lentils!

o    It’s been an option in the UK for awhile so the chances of the vegan whip going nationwide seems pretty good.

o    If the thought of a lentil whipped cream sounds nasty, consider that aquafaba (the liquid that chickpeas come in) is often used to make whipped cream and other dairy free products.
