o   Tonight is the official start of the VGK regular season and it all kicks off with the championship banner raising ceremony before the game.

o   Yesterday, they announced that centers William Karlsson and Jack Eichel will split duties as alternate captains this season.

o   Karlsson will wear the 'A' for Vegas home games, while Eichel will on the road.

o   The centers join captain Mark Stone and first alternate Alex Pietrangelo in filling the void left after the Golden Knights traded Reilly Smith to Pittsburgh during the offseason.

o   The team takes on the Seattle Kraken tonight at 7:30pm.

o   It appears the singer is getting ready to return with some new music!

o   The “Dance The Night” singer just wiped her entire Instagram page and changed her profile picture kaleidoscopic image.

o   All of the thumbnails on her music videos on YouTube now have the same look.

o   She had recently teased fans in an interview about her upcoming sound saying the next record will still be pop, lest her ‘fans have a meltdown.’

o   She says she doesn’t want to ‘alienate’ them, although she’s developing a new sound that may have more of a 1970s-era psychedelia,

#MeanGirls

o   Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried, and Lacey Chabert from "Mean Girls" were spotted together in Los Angeles over the weekend.

o   They were filming a Pepsi commercial which may or may not be for the Super Bowl.

o   The ad includes a scene with Lacey in a silver convertible like the one she drives in the movie.

o   In another, Amanda is wearing a blazer and holding a microphone, possibly a nod to her character's school weather report.

o   Lindsay is also seen carrying a pouch with the words "Plastics Club Member" on it.  Rachel McAdams was nowhere to be seen.

o   Next April is the 20th anniversary of "Mean Girls".
