
I got my pre-Fall bake on kickin' up a Cinnamon Swirl Cake mix. The box mix is yummy on it's own. Adding a sweet yummy flavor kick to it, makes it even more yummy fun.

If you have a sweet tooth like I do, then go for this! If not, then just do the mix, and cut down a bit of their cinnamon brown sugar topping love.

Ingredients to add / replace the ones from the mix:
Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Cake & Muffin Mix
Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer & milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cinnamon chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Cream cheese frosting (use 1/2 .. have extra to melt later)
Basically, you follow the Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Cake & Muffin Mix directions.
When you get to the 2/3 cup of water part, replace it with milk and coffee cream combo (half & half). Add the vanilla.
I mixed in 1/2 of the amount of chips in the batter which will be more doughy. The rest I sprinkled with the cinnamon brown sugar layering. Follow the directions of layering it.
Bake 40-45 minutes. Fork / tip of knife is clean.
When you take it out of the oven put spoonfuls of globs of frosting on top. When it's melted, spread it out. It will cool with the cream cheese frosting getting into the mixture on top and the cake.
It's easy to make & yummy, Even yummier the next day.
