Goldie is a gentle soul with a tender heart and a thoughtful approach to the world. She’s a little nervous right now and still learning that people can be trusted, but she’s making progress every day—on her terms. In her foster home, Goldie loves the simple joy of going in and out of the backyard and has been doing an amazing job with her potty routine (A+ student behavior).
She’s slowly warming up to her foster mom with soft tail wags and quiet moments nearby. Snuggling isn’t quite on the agenda yet, but trust-building absolutely is. Goldie does well with other dogs and finds comfort in their company, which helps her feel more at ease. What she needs most from her future family is patience, calm energy, and respect for her space—so a home without young kids would be best.
Goldie isn’t looking for big adventures or a packed social calendar. Her dream life is a peaceful one: staying close to home, feeling safe, and letting confidence grow at a steady pace.
🛏️ Favorite activities: backyard lounging, quiet companionship, and gaining confidence one tail wag at a time
🧡 Ideal home: calm, predictable, patient, and full of people who understand that love can grow slowly—and beautifully
Goldie is ready to find a family who sees her for who she is and is excited to meet her where she’s at. If that sounds like you, she’s ready to take the next step—with you.
