Snake experts came to the rescue last week after a massive 6-foot python was spotted sunbathing in the back of a café.

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers, a business that specializes in snake relocation in Queensland, Australia, arrived to the restaurant to remove the huge reptile that was resting unnervingly close to diners.

The video shows a member of the team removing the camouflaged snake named George from a tree with a hooked pole. The snake does not go down without a fight, and the expert is forced to untangle the animal from tree branches with his bare hands.

“This stunning snake was enjoying the morning sun but unfortunately it was a little close for comfort at the back of a local Café,” snake rescuers Stu and Westy wrote to the team’s Facebook page.

In the video, the snake expert revealed he and his team have been to the “nice little venue” multiple times to remove snakes in the past.

“For the safety of the snake so that it wouldn't be bothered by customers, the Café owners asked for it to be relocated to a more suitable spot,” the post reads.

The snake was resting nearby a busy road, so the team successfully relocated the massive reptile to a patch of natural bushland nearby.

“[The bushland] is a very similar habitat, so it will be quite happy here,” the catcher explains while the snake quickly slithers away to its new home.

The Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers work around the clock removing snakes from nearby areas. On Sunday, the team posted a video of a venomous snake being removed from a child’s toy basket.

In May, the team rescued a large python hiding in a family’s toilet paper rolls.

"This wouldn't be the strangest place, but it is certainly somewhere you wouldn't expect to see a snake hanging out."
