Taco Bell Is Giving Away Free Tacos Today

Taco Bell is knocking it out of the park today.

The fast food chain is giving away free Doritos Locos Tacos on October 30th as part of its annual “Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” giveaway.

“Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” kicked off this year with the first stolen base of the 2019 World Series between the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.

Thank our nation’s pastime for this opp to partake in another favorite pastime (eating tacos).

How to get your free taco from Taco Bell on October 30th

Simply head down to your closest Taco Bell and request a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco any time today between 2pm and 6pm (local time) while supplies last.

You can order in person, through the app, or even for delivery (for an additional fee).

Why is Taco Bell giving away free tacos?

This is the seventh year of the chain’s “Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” promotion.

The giveaway kicks off each year with the first stolen base of the World Series.

The moment that prompted today’s giveaway occurred during last night’s Nationals-Astros game. During the first inning, Trea Turner of the Nationals stole second base.

Taco Bell has stuck true to its word for all seven years of the “Steal a Base” giveaway. Some years, taco lovers have had to wait longer than usual. In 2017, the first stolen base didn’t occur until the 11th inning of game 2.
