The 46-year-old actor currently has shed some pounds and is now sharing his helpful weight-loss advice.

While attending The Public Theater’s annual gala, he told Page Six that “it’s not just eating.”

“It’s amazing,” he added. “You try to do all these different things, the protein and the this and that, and then you just stop eating and you lost weight.”

He then joked that he is good at gaining pounds and that putting on weight is his favorite thing. However, he did say that it’s challenging to lose weight.

Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper in “Stranger Things,” lost weight primarily for his role in season 4.

In August, “Stranger Things” unveiled a new teaser that confirmed the show’s long-awaited fourth season will be released in 2022.

It’s the first teaser for the hit Netflix drama since May, and it includes new footage mixed in with some of everyone’s favorite classic spooky scenes.
While the show has not announced the exact release date for season 4, we know that this won’t be the end for the kids from Hawkins, Indiana, as we’ll get at least one more season after this upcoming one.

The new season will see the beloved “Stranger Things” stars, including Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, 17, Fin Wolfhard, 18, Noah Schnapp, 16, Gaten Matarazzo, 19, and Caleb McLaughlin, 19.
