Arianators and Lovatics, also known as major fans of Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato are buzzing after speculation that we might be getting an Ari and Demi collab in the near future… hence “Dariana.”

Over the weekend Grande posted a video of vocals on her Instagram story and captioned it “backgrounds on a song for a friend.” After that Lovato reposted the video and added multiple sneaky-eye emojis as her caption, adding additional fanfare and buzz around a possible collaboration.

A fan reached out to Demi over Instagram DM and inquired about the speculative partnership with Ariana, asking if Ari was in fact the “last-minute collab” Demi has been referring to over social media. Lovato mischievously responded back with a smiley face emoji.

Spokespeople for both Demi and Ari have not confirmed rumors about the collaboration, however, both popstars are managed by Scooter Braun. In January, Demi reposted a tweet on her Instagram story from Braun where he revealed that Demi was back in the studio.
