Steve Harvey on his daughter dating Michael B. Jordan: ‘I just can’t find nothing wrong with him’

Steve Harvey can’t find anything wrong with his daughter, Lori Harvey’s, new relationship with “Creed” and “Black Panther” star Michael B. Jordan.

The “Family Feud” game show host, 64, spoke on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” about the new relationship between his 24-year-old daughter and Jordan, 34, Complex reported.

“I have tried not to like him,” Harvey said. “I have tried to find something wrong with him that I could dig in and go… ‘cause I done got rid of all of them. All of them. Some of them snuck in the back door on me and lasted a lot longer than I wanted it to. But this guy, is such a good guy. He is one of the nicest guys. I’ve met his father. I’ve sat up with him, we’ve talked for hours. I just can’t find nothing wrong with him.”

Lori Harvey dated rapper Future, 37, in 2019.

Steve Harvey continued, “Between me and you, I'm hoping this lasts 'cause this is a really, really good guy, man. I can't whoop him. Most guys, I say I can jump on 'em and take 'em out, but he just looks like a real a**-whoopin' in the making. So I'm just hoping they make it."

People’s Sexiest Man Alive announced that he was officially off the market with an Instagram post in January. Lori Harvey also shared two polaroids of her and Jordan, accompanied by a heart emoji.

Last month, Steve Harvey spoke about his daughter’s new relationship on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” and joked that he was actually the sexiest man alive. He later called Jordan a “great guy,” the outlet reported.

“Well, first of all, let’s be clear about something: he is a nice guy, yeah, but he is not the sexiest man alive to me, at all,” Harvey said.
