Yellowstone fans have a lot to look forward to with Season 4 debuting in a few months and the recent revealing of the show’s prequel, 1883, starring Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Sam Elliott. There may be even more to look forward to for one fan in particular — Maren Morris’ dad!

Turns out Papa Morris, aka Scott Morris, is a big time fan and has been inspired by the launch of the series’ prequel to take a swing at an acting career for the first time.
Maren took to Instagram to share the one sheet her Mom, Kellie, made for Scott — highlighting his stats and interest in in “1st time acing opportunities &/or extra roles.”
“Yo, @yellowstone, cast my dad!” Maren captured the screenshot from a conversation with her mom sharing the one-sheet. “My Mom legit made this one sheet for him and I couldn’t find that more adorable.”

The prequel, created by Taylor Sheridan, will detail the Dutton family’s journey of Westward expansion as they seek a better future in America’s promised land, Montana. Highlighting the family’s sacrifices and struggles as they flee poverty, the series will surely give viewers a new perspective on the land Yellowstone main character, John Dutton (Kevin Costner), and his family work so hard to protect.
Could it give Maren’s dad a new perspective as an actor? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see!
