Chris Corcoran, Chief Content Officer of Cadence 13, said, "We could not be prouder to have Gangster Capitalism, Season One and our amazing team behind it, be recognized for this prestigious and wonderful honor."

The Peabody Award nominees were chosen by a unanimous vote of 19 jurors from a selection of 1,300 entries in television, radio/podcasts, and the web.
