A woman arrested for disorderly intoxication says she had the cops called on her by a hotel manager who was “jealous that her body looked good” after seeing her in a bikini.
Records show that the 42-year-old Florida woman, Melody Carr, was arrested on May 5.
When the manager of Country Inn & Suites asked Carr for her room number after not remembering her check in, Carr became angry and left, reports ClickOrlando.
When police showed up, they found her walking with a brown canine at a nearby La Quinta Inn & Suites.
Upon questioning from cops, Carr was “verbally aggressive” and said the manager who called authorities was “jealous that her body looked good,” according to the police report.
Carr moved her car to a nearby gas station after authorities told her it would be towed for trespassing in the Country Inn parking lot.
Carr entered the gas station to ask if she could leave her vehicle there until it could get fixed. She exited in anger when her request was denied.
Outside, she was arrested for disorderly intoxication after an officer smelled alcohol on her breath.
