MILWAUKEE (105.7 The Fan) -- In a recent interview on "The Herd with Colin Cowherd", former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings said he still feels bitter about his relationship with Aaron Rodgers.
"It bothers me to this day," Jennings said.
According to Jennings, it dates back to an on-the-field conversation Jennings had with San Francisco 49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers during the first game of his final season in Green Bay (2012).
Jennings remembers Rogers asking Jennings why he was running so many simple routes. Listening in to the conversation, Rodgers stepped in and said, "You guys should try to get (Greg) after this year."
Jennings said he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"It messed me up," Jennings said. "That disturbed me."
