Jon Gruden, Reggie McKenzie and the rest of the silver and black crew have made yet another splash, jettisoning Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys for a first-round pick on Monday afternoon.
Greg Papa, co-host of "The Greg Papa Show" with Bonta Hill is a fan of the move, unlike the last headline-grabbing trade that the Raiders' brass orchestrated.
"The (Khalil) Mack deal was a monumental error," Papa said on 95.7 The Game. "They may never, these men, in their current positions, ever draft a player as good as Khalil Mack again. You might not."
"So, I thought that was just, 'WOW. What are you doing here? You don't do that.' But, the Amari deal, I'm on board with it. I think he's a great underachiever."
"Boy, you just toss and turn and think, 'If he goes there, does he figure it out? He might. He might very well do it.' But I think whatever the reason was, he was just not scratching the surface on his great talent here."
