Even before he was 41 years, 5 months and 29 days old, no one was celebrating Tom Brady's athleticism. His 40-yard dash time has always been somewhere north of what you'd expect from a relatively fit dachshund. His ability to win football games though, well, no one can touch him there.
To that end, the Boston Beer Company, makers of Sam Adams Lager, is out with a new beer celebrating the longtime, lumbering Patriots quarterback and his team's 2019 Super Bowl. In a clear reference to Brady, the hazy double IPA is called "Too Old, Too Slow, Still Here" and it comes in at a respectable 7.8 percent ABV despite being slightly on the sweet and fruity side.
Of course, Brady said he plans to play until he's 45. He's not getting any less old or less slow, so if he's still here in the coming years you'd have to think Boston Beer might brew up another batch.
