Hanover, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Hanover Sheriff's deputies have identified the man shot and killed along Bell Creek Road Thursday night as 23-year old Jacob Martin. Deputies went to the location after getting a call for a shooting incident.
Lieutenant James Cooper says a juvenile male was arrested and charged with murder and use of a firearm. The male was not identified. They are not looking for anyone else.
Cooper did not detail the relationship between the two.
