Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - CoStar Group, an online real estate information company with a presence already in Richmond, has announced plans for a corporate campus near Brown's Island. The campus will bring with it a 26-story building and 2,000 jobs.
CEO Andy Florance says they chose Richmond because of the strength of Virginia's education system. Florance says the jobs are high-level, including some in software development. The company first moved into Richmond in 2016.
The building is expected to be complete in 2024.
