Heavy rain would continue through Friday, with a chance of severe weather on Friday night. By Saturday morning, however, Virginians can expect clear skies and temperatures in the low 60s.
Those running the Richmond Marathon Saturday morning will likely be relieved that rain should be gone by the time race day arrives. By Sunday the cooler weather should intensify, according to NBC12's Rachel Meyers, with daytime highs in the 40s and overnight lows hovering around freezing.
