Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Richmond Police and Fire are investigating a Hazmat situation from this morning at the intersection of Arthur Ashe Boulevard and Stuart Avenue. Firefighters were originally called to the scene for a man suffering burns. However, after arriving, they notice what was termed "suspicious chemicals" and Hazmat and police were called.
The man was taken to a local hopsital and investigators continue to investigate. No charges have been placed at this time.
Police did say traffic impacts were minimal.
