Do not come for Gwyneth Paltrow’s culinary ability!
During an Instagram Live Q&A, the Oscar winner tore into a fan by unleashing an expletive rant when asked if she could actually cook, according to People.
“Do I actually cook?” the 46-year-old restated the question from one of her followers. “Yes, I f***ing cook! Goddamnit. You think I would write — you think I would pretend to write cookbooks if I didn’t cook?”
“Thank you for defending me,” the Goop founder said to a supportive fan, before adding, “and f*** that person!”
It should be noted that Paltrow has written five cookbooks over the years, the most recent being “The Clean Plate: Eat, Reset, Heal” which was released in January.
Prior to that she wrote “My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness,” “Notes from My Kitchen Table,” “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great,” and “It’s All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super-Busy Home Cook.”
Someone who knows her cooking skills firsthand is husband Brad Falchuk. Although they’ve been married for almost a year, the “Avengers” actress just revealed the couple will finally be living under the same roof fulltime.
“We took a year to let everybody [in the family] take it in and let the dust settle,” she told InStyle. “And now we’re moving in together this month.”
Paltrow, who shares two children with ex Chris Martin, had previously discussed her unorthodox living situation by saying the couple only spend four nights a week together. The rest of the time the “American Horror Story” co-creator stays at his own home. Whatever works, right?
At least now he’ll get to sample her dishes more on the regular.
