You can celebrate Paczki Day and Rudy’s 75th Birthday Party at Rudy’s Strudel, in the heart of Polish Village in Parma on Tuesday, February 21st
They will have 31 flavors, including the full “Savory Family” of Paczki, all handmade and hand filled on premises.
Rudy's Strudel has new flavors this year, in collaboration with local businesses, they include Schnitz Ale House Black Forest, Banter Maple Bacon with gourmet sausage from the Gordon Square culinary artisans at Banter, Rudy’s Birthday Paczki Pop and Super Bowl Meatballs, featuring Mama G’s hand made Italian meatballs.
There will be live Polka with Tom Mroczka and the Music Box starting at 10am. Tonga Tim of Tiki Underground will be serving his take on the French 75. For food, Das Schnitzel Haus will have German bratwurst and schnitzel, Hungarian chicken paprikash, pierogi, and sauerkraut balls!
Don't miss out on raffles, trivia contests, Paczki eating contests, ping pong tables, cornhole and more. Once the bakery runs out of paczki, the party continues around the corner at Schnitz Ale Brewery with masks and beads until 10pm.
