Join the Alice 97.3 Promotions Team on Wednesday, December 10th in Oakley for the Grand Opening of the new Safeway (located at 998 Laurel Rd.) from 12PM-2PM PT. They'll have music and prizes, including a TV, Apple Air Pods, a Bluetooth speaker and a Nintendo Switch! They'll be pulling winners for each of those prizes every half hour.

How to Enter
1. No purchase necessary to enter or to win one (1) of the following prizes: One (1) 50" Smart TV, or one (1) Nintendo Switch, or one (1) Apple Air Pods, or one (1) Bluetooth speaker (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. a. On-Site Method of Entry: To enter on-site, visit Safeway at 998 Laurel Rd in Oakley CA 94561, from 12:00PM PT on December 10, 2025 through 5:55PM PT on December 10, 2025, look for the Alice 97.3 display and obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last), and legibly hand write your first name and last name, and date of birth on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box (each and “Entrant”). Limit one (1) On-Site entry per eligible person. All On-Site entries must be received by 5:50PM PT on December 10, 2025.
2. At approximately 12:30PM, 1:00PM, 1:30PM. and 2:00PM PST on December 10, 2025, one (1) Entrant will be randomly selected from among all of the entries in this Contest to receive the one (1) prize in this Contest (as described in Section 4 below), subject to verification and compliance with the Contest rules (the “Winner”). a. There will be up to, but in no event more than, four (4) winners in this Contest. b. The Station will notify the Winner by means of the phone number or email address provided to the Station at the time the Winner entered the Contest.
3. Odds of winning the Prize in this Contest shall depend upon the number of entries received in the Contest.
