“Well… this is what it look like,” the singer captioned a series of photos on Instagram with a teddy bear emoji. The post included images of the inside of Halsey’s home, freshly decorated for Ender, as well as a photo of Ender stretching, a frog, and a close up of the stretch marks on her stomach.

The new mom has been committed to using her platform to showcase the realities of motherhood from celebrating her changing body through pregnancy to honoring holidays like world breastfeeding week after her delivery.

“Gratitude. For the most 'rare' and euphoric birth. Powered by love,” Halsey said when introducing her child to the world in an Instagram post.

A couple weeks later, the 26-year-old shared a photo of her breastfeeding her newborn with the caption, “#worldbreastfeedingweek, we arrived just in time!”

In an effort to further share her experiences with pregnancy and childbirth, Halsey recently announced her fourth studio album, If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power. The concept album serves as a reclamation of her own body.

“This album is a concept album about the joys and horrors of pregnancy and childbirth,” she shared. “It was very important to me that the cover art conveyed the sentiment of my journey over the past few months. The dichotomy of the Madonna and the Whore,” Halsey shared in an Instagram post at the time.

If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power will release on August 27.
