Representatives must be employees or school-authorized volunteers, not students or parents, of the Eligible School for which they are submitting an Entry, and 18 years of age or older.

ONLINE ENTRY: In order to enter electronically, all of the following steps must be completed by the Representative during the Entry Period:

Complete and submit an online entry form for this Contest on the https://www.audacy.com/star94atlanta/contest-rules page, including the Essay along with the required completed and signed ATTACHMENT A and any accompanying photos, videos, or audio files.  Any accompanying photos, videos, or audio files are completely OPTIONAL and are NOT required to complete an Entry.

The Representative submitting the Entry is also responsible for obtaining written permission from ALL students featured in photos or videos (or from a parent or legal guardian if the student is under 18 years of age) consenting to submission of the Entry and participation in the form of the Release and Consent form attached to these rules as ATTACHMENT B. Within seven (7) business days after submitting the above online entry form, the Representative will receive an e-mail requiring that he/she respond back to that same email and attach the required completed and signed Certification attached hereto as ATTACHMENT B, for each individual visible in submitted pictures, which may be a .pdf, .jpeg, or Word document like a .doc or a .docx, as an e-mail attachment, provided that notwithstanding the previous sentence, all Certifications must be received by 5:30pm (ET) on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

The size of Image attachments within the online entry form may not exceed 10MB and accepted file formats include .jpg, .png, and .gif. The size of Video attachments within the online entry form may not exceed 200MB and accepted file formats include .mp4, .mov, and .avi. The size of Audio attachments within the online entry form may not exceed 30MB and accepted file formats include .mp3, and .wav. Station is not responsible for any failure to receive any submission to which the files uploaded exceed the stated limits.  Entry in this Contest will not be accepted until the ATTACHMENT A Certification and, if applicable, any ATTACHMENT B Certification, is received by the Station. Entrants will be required to create a personal profile via the Station's e-mail club.  Station is not responsible for any problems that result in a failed or delayed e-mail or any corrupted or unopenable attachment or Certification.  Only emails actually received by Station during the Entry Period will be valid for the purposes of this Contest (i.e. date stamps on any entrant or Station email will not be valid, only actual date and time that is was actually available for viewing by Station staff will be considered).

Limit one (1) Entry per Eligible School Organization.  Station will only accept the first Entry received.  An Eligible School may enter more than one Organization in this Contest and each subgroup within an Organization may be considered a separate Organization (for example, a school's Junior Varsity team would be considered a separate Organization from that same school's Senior Varsity team, even if the same teacher supervises both).  The same children/teachers and supervisors may be participants in more than one Entry as long as each Entry is for a different Organization.

By entering this Contest, Representatives represent warrant and covenant that they have obtained permission from all students (or from a parent or legal guardian if the student is under 18 years of age), consenting to submission of the Entry if they are featured in photos or videos of the community service project. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT TO STATION THAT THE USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF SUCH ENTRY WILL NOT VIOLATE OR INFRINGE UPON THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COPYRIGHTS OF OTHERS.

By entering this Contest, Representatives understand and agree that Station may elect to use any Entry submitted for entertainment purposes on-air.  Representatives forever release and waive any right to make any claim against Station or any Contest sponsors, prize providers, or other participant ("Released Parties") with respect to any disparaging comment made on-air about such entrant's Entry.  An announcement made regarding an Organization's Entry in the Contest, used as an example on the air, has no bearing on the likelihood of the organization to be a finalist or a Grand Prize winner of the Contest.

By entering this Contest, Representatives and the Eligible School which Representative represents agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, expenses proceedings, suits, actions or costs (including costs from reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind or nature incurred by the Releases Parties on account of a breach by Representative of any of their representations, warranties, covenants or agreements as a result of Representative's participation in the Contest. Station reserves the right to disqualify an Entry in its sole discretion at any time during this Contest if Station believes such representations are false.

How to Win

Following the conclusion of the Entry Period (as set forth in Section 4 above) and prior to Friday, November 4, 2022, the five (5) Station judges will select the up to five (5) Entries who they like best (based upon any lawful criteria deemed desirable to Station as determined in the Station's sole discretion) to continue in this Contest, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest rules (each, a "Finalist" and collectively, the "Finalists"). All decisions by Station relating to and including the selection of Finalists in this Contest are final and may not be appealed.  There will be up to, but in no event more than, five (5) Finalists in this Contest.

Once selected, Station will contact the Representative of each Finalist in order to attempt to verify eligibility, obtain copies of parental and adult consents (referred to in the Certification), and schedule an on-air interview (live or pre-recorded on Streamyard) for broadcast the week of November 14, 2022 through November 18, 2022. Finalists need not participate in the interview in order to be a Finalist and continue as a Finalist in this Contest.  Station reserves the right to disclose and produce information about the Finalist's Entry for on-air announcements during the week of November 14, 2022 through November 19, 2022.  Finalists do not need to participate in the interviews; interviews will not be considered in determining the winners of this Contest.

On or about November 8, 2022, Judging Panel will review the five (5) Finalists and select one (1) "Grand Prize Winner", one (1) "Runner-Up Prize Winner", and three (3) "Finalist Prize Winners" based on any lawful criteria determined by Station in its sole discretion, and subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest Rules.  Station will contact the Representative of the potential Grand Prize Winner's Eligible School and the potential Runner-Up Prize Winner's Eligible School after such winners have been selected.  Station will request that the Representative not share with any students, parents or faculty the fact that their school won any prize in this Contest until after a Station public announcement.  The Grand Prize Winner will be publicly announced by Station on-air no later than November 21, 2022.

Station reserves the right to disqualify an Entry or Finalist at any point in the competition if it determines that an Entry or Finalist is ineligible or violated the Contest rules as determined by Station in its sole discretion.
