At the end of every year we start thinking about all the things we want to accomplish next year. A new poll revealed that only 44% of people make a New Year's Resolution, but only 10% of the 44% stick to the resolution. The most recorded resolution in 2020 was to lose weight and it's also a goal we are least likely to follow through with. So what can we do differently this year to stick to our goals?
