For the “Win Tickets To Odesza” text code word contest, listen August 12, 2023 on or around 11:30 a.m. ET and 12:30 p.m. ET and August 13, 2023 on or around 9:15 a.m. ET, 10:45 p.m. ET, 12:00 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. ET, and 2:30 p.m. ET for the on-air announcement of a code word (each a “Contest Play”). Upon hearing the code word, text the code word to 20357. You will have until 7:00 p.m. ET each day to text the correct code word for each Contest Play. All entries from each day's Contest Plays will be combined into one pool of entries. Entries received after the cutoff, will not be considered or eligible to win in this contest. One entry per phone number per daily code word. Entrants may receive a bounceback text from Station with confirmation of Contest entry, but Entrants will receive no “extra” offers, information, or message content. For Contest Play 1, on August 14, 2023, on or around 10:00 a.m. ET, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries from among all eligible entries from the daily code word, and upon verification, will win two (2) tickets to the Odesza concert event, September 2, 2023, The Pavilion at Star Lake, Burgettstown, PA. For Contest Play 2, on August 14 2023, on or around 10:00 a.m. ET, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries from among all eligible entries from the daily code word, and upon verification, will win two (2) tickets to the Odesza concert event, September 2, 2023, The Pavilion at Star Lake, Burgettstown, PA. A total of six (6) prizes will be offered during this contest, furnished by Live Nation. Total prize value $60.00. A winner may only win once in this contest. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
