The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce says a company that makes latex-free rubber gloves will move from New Mexico to a facility near 35W and Everman Parkway.
The Chamber says Rhino Health is the only domestic manufacturer of nitrile rubber gloves.
“Fort Worth is proud to be partnering with another domestic company to shore up the supply chain for PPE materials in the future. The Chamber worked closely with the Rhino Health executive team to facilitate the real estate search and infrastructure needs and we are confident that this location is perfectly suited for their needs," Chris Strayer, the chamber's executive vice president for economic development, wrote in a statement.
The Fort worth Chamber says Rhino Health will occupy a 400,000 square foot property, making this the company's largest facility and more than triple production from its facility in New Mexico. The Chamber says the project will bring about 800 jobs.

“It’s terrific to welcome Rhino Health LCC, and the excellent job opportunities this manufacturing facility will provide, to Fort Worth. Their mission of responsibly producing quality ‘Made in the USA’ products is a perfect fit for Fort Worth, and it will be exciting to see their products made right here in Cowtown reach out into medical, industrial and commercial businesses across the country.” Mayor Betsy Price says.
The project near I-35W and Everman Parkway is part of the 320-acre Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park.
The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce says it is "actively working on more than 100 relocation and expansion projects," saying about 75% of those are manufacturing and industrial.
